A 35 story, 150-meter commercial high-rise in Dubai, UAE, located in the marina district. The building is structured in steel with a concrete composite facade system with different amounts of opening creating varying amounts of light in the office space and conference rooms. The glass is primarily flat with one curve that articulates movement across the facade .

The building section is designed to allow each office to share a conference room. The conference rooms generate the relationships between floors and sit a half level above or below each office space. The sectional variation does not permit offices to run contiguosly around the perimeter with suppor staff towards the center of each floor. The project escapes a singular, homogenous spatial hierarchy that distinguishes management from employees.
