An 18 high-rise building 82 hectare masterplan and building design for Samsung in Seoul, Korea located on the Han River. The masterplan incorporates all the programmatic and zoning codes required to maximize views and quality of light incorporating the mid-high rise development.
The proposal re-assesses the value of a central recreation area for the entire community developing micro-communities around zones for recreation. Some of the benefits are the ability to provide variation within a micro community through different qualities of buildings and landscapes as well as the overall masterplan.
位于韩国首尔汉江江畔的82公顷三星集团整体规划和18层的高层建筑设计， 是利用繁殖和生长的科技原理发展出来的优雅形制。建筑设计在严格遵守建筑法规的同时最大化的提供多种视野和室内空间的多样性可能。 此方案重新评估了整个社区中心再生区域的价值并且提升了几个围绕着小型区域的宏观社区的再生。整个规划通过整合不同的建筑形态和景观环境来提升整体变量收益。
