A renovation of all public spaces of a 50,000 square-foot condominium on Vestry Street in Tribeca, New York, a sophisticated area in down town Manhattan. The lobby , and corridors are designed to reflect the nature of the neighborhood which is home to some of the world's leading artists, musicians and actors.

Vestry Street Condominium integrates enhances the experience of the space by designing key surfaces lit by art lighting found in museums. We developed transitions between materials- soft to hard- including limestone and wood to fabrics. Our goal was to develop a sophisticated environment to appeal to the entire building without using any reference to representational qualities replacing paintings with movement of the interior surfaces.
